Gastroparesis - Dyeing Need Help!!!

I weigh 107, severe neurological stuff depersonalization, lack of all senses, and the only thing I can tolerate is a sweet potato. TPN and J Tube both failed on me because my nerves are so fired up in my body. Anyone? I take carefate for stomach, but seems to be getting worse still with severe cold chills from stomach pain, NOTHING ELSE TOLERATES, tried every food so dont suggest the basics. Cannot even tolerate a white potato....I am at 5'11 107
