Hi, I'm a carer for someone who has been off and on benzos, zopiclone and anti-depressants for the past 40 years. It was only last week that her GP suggested that her recurring symptoms - severe anxiety, palpitations, sweating, panic attacks - might be caused by withdrawal. This opens up a whole new world and I hope the Forum will be a big help as we move ahead.
