No baseline for 2 weeks

For the last 2 weeks things have been going crazy nothing stays the same for example I was sitting hear on my phone and the heavyness from my body and head lifted and the burning from my legs left    Now I fill hyper  and freaked out little dizzy  this has been a crazy couple of week  has this happen to anybody before

raypach, I'm a little confused by your timeline.

 

When did you start taking 0.25mg? On August 20th? And it was every other day, right?

 

Then in September you switched to Lexapro and things got worse? Do you mean to say that the 0.25 was making the initial headaches worse and this made it EVEN worse, or that the 0.25 helped you?

 

If I'm understanding correctly, you went C/T after ~ a month of being on 0.25 every other day. While I think the explanation for your headaches is pretty much the condition I have, although rarely talked about on this board, from what I've read, although you did a C/T, your dose was low enough and the timeframe was short enough that you should be ok relatively soon. I haven't stabilized in over 8 weeks from my last cut, which was incidentally a 0.25mg one (although in my case less than 10%, however I've been on a high dose for a long time). IMO you'll be fine within 4-5 weeks and believe me when I tell you that's not long if it gets rid of the pain you're going through. Sorting out your original headache situation is another thing, but even I'm currently trying to solve the mystery of benzos - do I need em?
