I was in such a funk when I joined here yesterday and I'm starting to gain some confidence about being able to get off this rotten little pill. I sure hope that exercising doesn't mess me up. Sometimes it exacerbated my w/d, especially in the very beginning of getting off lorazepam. I think each person needs to make sure that the intensity level or duration/frequency of exercise is in tune with how much their body can currently take, while going through wd. In my case, I overworked/overestimated myself. With some adjustments through experience though, I think everyone can incorporate even a little bit of exercise.
