feeling really sick

Im wondering if its possible im feeling weak and very ill since i started doseing 8 times instead of 4? Im so sick Just very fatuige and ill all over. Cant seem to function very well. Has anyone ever did this? Please help if you can. I felt like passing out until my dose hit me now i just feel exhausted. I know i will not be able to taper fom xanax im lost

it looks like your problem has a solution, go back to four times a day. Maybe the lower more frequent doses are causing your blood levels to be too low all the time, and your body reacts better to a higher dose  of Xanax four times a day.  Tapering is hard on a good day. That's why we are here. If it was easy there would be no benzo forum

Hi wellness, yes but my benzo only last 1 1/2 to 2 hrs so there is 4 hrs inbetween doses and its killing me and feel like its getting worse But tonight i took my .5 and its working ok for noww but its only been1/2 hour since i took it. I just need to get my c/o appointment and get started  I really dont know about anything anymore. My mind is gone.
