[Ol...]
All through my taper and post taper time, now over eighteen months altogether, I've felt much better in the mornings. From mid afternoon through to the evening my symptoms have become progressively worse. This has never changed. Anyone else I've mentioned this to has found the opposite. Mornings worst and improving in the afternoon and evening. What are the experiences of other BBs in this respect?
[...]
During tolerance evenings were rough for me. Evenings were also worse than mornings mostly throughout most of my first taper. Now it's random. I have no idea how I'm going to feel from one minute to the next.
[da...]
I am just over 11 months off and this has always been the case for me. It seems I decline during the day or as if the day takes its toll on me. But when I wake up, I am usually feeling my best. I felt like I was the only one that felt this way and never mentioned it on the boards. Thank you for sharing and as you can tell, you are certainly not the only one. [ba...]
Mornings are my worst time, anxiety and panic attacks off the scale! Evenings are my best time bando
[be...]
I have a 24 hr wave cycle also. The daytime is good, peaking at mid afternoon then my window shuts as the sun goes down. Everyday, over and over again.
[Mi...]
I feel my best when I first get up and its steadily downhill thereafter. I feel my worst invariably during/right after my evening meal and then I seem to recover a bit until bedtime.
[Pa...]
I've had it both ways. During my taper I'd feel better late late at night. Now off I feel "better" throughout the day but all hell breaks loose as soon as the sun goes down.

[pa...]
I'm 18 months off and my symptoms have consistently been best when I wake up and worst around 4 - 6. I "revive" a bit after dinner usually but never as good as when first waking. When I wake up during the night my burning skin is usually calm. [Tu...]
I'm only 5 weeks off, but like you, the start of the day is always better than the later part of the day! I get up at 8am and generally feel good but from about 5/6pm in the evening on my symptoms flair up and remains that way until I get some sleep and wake again the next day! [su...]
Me too. Mornings and/or afternoons are best and evenings/nights are pretty awful. I find if I sleep later it even staves off my symptoms. Good to have some company. Hang in there folks!
[ar...]
I am just over 9 months out, and throughout my withdrawal period, I have experienced the same pattern--- I will wake up with fewer symptoms, but as the day goes on, their number and intensity will increase. Fuzzy vision and problems with balance are particularly strong in the afternoons/evenings. I have attributed some of this to fatigue over the course of the day. Sometimes there is no way to predict in the morning just how bad my afternoons will be! Hang in there!
[mo...]
I am just the opposite. Mornings are my absolute worst! I used to love mornings and now I sort of fear them. If I am going to be anxious or depressed then it will be within the first few hours of waking. Once I'm out of the house I'm usually much better. Other than dr most of my sx subside by late morning early afternoon. Evenings are my best mood wise. But Tinnitus is alwasy worse at night.
