can't stop eating

One month in with no benzos.  I was taking approx 6mg of xanax for 3years and did a really fast dry taper.  One of my questions is.. Is it normal for my appetite to be so huge? before i ate to live,  and now I live to eat!!

I went through stages of eating different foods. I had cravings for Peanut Butter; then donuts; then apples; then eggs; then so on.

I went down the food chain.

Im 13 weeks off benzo's and can't stop eating ive gained over a stone since i began my taper.  I dont seem to have the willpower to stop eating chocolate and crisps.

The chocolate does'nt bother me i eat loads of it mostly everyday. i dont worry about any food eat what i like been okay.
