[No...]
Hi Many writes about having windows. I really do not know what a window feels like, as I am always symptomatic. Sometimes I am a bit better, able to do more, but a window where I feel free of symptoms, or feeling back to my old self I have yet to see. Is it normal that the recovery is slow and graduate, where you do not get windows at all? Thanks
[Bi...]
I have had a few windows. I will tell you what they feel like to me. It feels like everything just snaps into place. It's like you go back to pre-benzo, yet with a wiser and stronger mind. It's like everything just looks magical or something, euphoric. I don't know directly how to explain it, but you forget withdrawal existed. Billy.
[No...]
Sounds great to me... Guess I had one around a year ago early in my taper, but that does not really count, as I was not in heavy withdrawal yet. I hope it is just normal living life in a foggy state of mind, I am still only 10 weeks benzo free.

Suddenly you think w/d ? whats that? and feel so normal. ive had a few windows where Ive snapped back, just wish they would last! I think what weve gone through is traumatic and its just going to take some time before we get over this and become "normal".

During a window, it's like you just feel better than you could imagine. I'm early off, too.. but dang! I tapered for a long time............................... cannot stress that enough! [da...]
If it makes you feel any better, I didn't have windows either. I had some days that were not as bad and some that were worse but nothing noticeable. I would t mind having some though. They sound awesome! I saw that you your ticker has you off valium.
[Sa...]
Noolie I haven't had a window yet either. I'm almost 16 weeks off and I would love to sometime be in touch with myself and the world again. To feel like I have my brain back even for a short time would be amazing!! I have heard of other people not having windows, but they slowly heal too. Keep hanging on!
