Feeling bad tonight

The dp/dr, general confusion and disorientation is awful tonight. Struggling to cope.

Hi Panicattackzak,

 

Those types of symptoms always seem worse at night...or maybe they're are harder to cope with a night. I'm not sure.

 

I'm sorry you're having such a bad night. I wish I had more to offer than a few words of encouragement.

 

I know it must seem that this will never end but it will. One day (maybe sooner than you think) this will all be a distant memory. Hang in there. This will be over one day.
