[re...]
I was there bando. I couldn't even take a shower. My legs would give out at random on me. It all passed. I started slowly on a stationary bike. I only did ten minutes on the bike (before this experience I was running five miles a day). With time it passed. I started running again and I fully recovered. I'm sure you will too. Push yourself, but not to hard. It's a balancing act really. Yoga is helpful too, if you can do it. Buy a video and you can do it at your own pace. [...]
I'm very farigued and achy in the morning. When I go for my mile walk every day I walk normal, but by the end I feel so worn out like I was the on the elliptical for an hour. My inner body temp feels high without me sweating, my head hurts more, it's harder to think, and my derealization is worse. My whole nervous system just feels revved up. I hate making myself feel that but feel like I need that tiny walk every day so I don't lose all my energy. I'm basically sitting or laying down the rest of the day besides my shower or one chore I'm usually up to doing each day.
