Inner Trembling

[Fr...]

Recommended Posts

I'm still searching Frannie, mine just recently came back at the beginning of month 19.. The only thing i have found is it eat some good protein as soon as a wake up. I try to eat 2 over easy organic eggs every morning. It helps, but does not get rid of them completely.

I hope they ease up for you soon, take care.

I know first hand how difficult this is to work thru this.  It is wds, your blood sugar is causing this from wds.  Just eat really healthy. high protein, low carbs, balanced, and in between meals, well balanced snacks.  Its awful when you first experience this, but know, it does all leave.  Its a scary sensation, I had it and I was terffied, as I didn't know what caused it (before i/net).. know its from your system from wds, the blood sugar is affected.  It will balance out, this will leave, your part in it is to eat healthly and correctly.  This will leave, you will be fine.  Hugs, Pattylu

Thank you so very much for your replies. It's so good to hear from others that are going through the same thing. I drank some chamomile tea after I posted and then had to go to bed and guess the Trazodone helped me for I got 8 hrs sleep.

I can't take magnesium because of the laxative effect. I'm going to try the protein this morning and snacks. I guess that's why I felt better when I'm eating.

Pattylu,

I'm confused (as usual).  Is the inner trembling always caused by low blood sugar?  I've been trying to eat a low glycemic foods, more protein, and more frequently since I discovered I am now hypoglycemic.  But I'm still getting the sensations.  The last time I even felt my heart, neck/head and eyeballs "trembling".  The arms and legs were scary but organs, brain and eyes?  Yikes!  ???

I have this too again.  It was very bad from months 4-6, but then slowly went away.  Now it's back this week.  I find I just have to keep moving.  I sip on ginger tea (b/c I'm nauseous often...and I like it) and I try to graze on food.  I don't know if it helps, but it doesn't make it worse.  Moving is the best thing for me.  I'll do laundry etc.

Hang in there!

hugs,

Schatje

I didn't have it today and somehow think that my good night sleep helped. I hope this will continue for I'm not in a good place mentally.
