Hello. I wish I had found this website years ago. I have been on Benzo's for 20 plus years. I became addicted and have been tapering with Valium for a year now. I have gone from 60 mg. of Valium to 4mg. It's been a long year and I am here to tell you this can be done!!! Looking forward to chatting with you.
