I drink a 2 liter a day Now I read it can aggrevate depression so I'm cutting it out, which will be tough because I'm on a low carb diet. Has anyone cut out aspartame and felt a noticable difference in mood or withdrawl symptoms? What about sucralose ( splenda ). Is it best to avoid this as well?
