I hate to hear of anyone quitting cold turkey, though some have been successful doing that.  If you were on a high dose or on a benzo for a long time, you could be in danger of a seizure.  Is your doctor aware of your actions?  Could you tell us a bit more about the benzo you were on and when you quit?  We surely would like to help you get through this and become free of your dependency.

thank you ive been taking benzodiazepines regularly for almost a year,and different types of the at different times,in high doses i have to admit.. now ive quite three or four times cold turkey but it doesnt seem to help,i get worked up and anxious the vey next day.
