right side of face and ear get flush

this symptom started a couple days ago I could be sitting there and the right side of my face fill hot when I look in the mirror  its all red and It stays like that for a few hours anybody else this happen to

THis has been a major symptom for me the last few weeks. Seems to happen off and on since quitting Ativan 5 months ago, but really revved up in the last 3 weeks for me. It feels almost constant and it's my WHOLE face and ears and neck.

Honestly, my guess is blood pressure fluctuations which can be caused by low blood sugar, high blood sugar, and anything and everything withdrawal related.

 

If you didn't have these problems prior to Benzos, then we have to just rest assured that it will go away once we're through the worst. Otherwise, I think we just make it harder on ourselves.

I know it's easier said than done though.
