Titrating, when does some relief come in the 4mg V and below range?

 

I´ve heard many hit a wall at 4mg, when does it start to get a bit easier? I am finding the lower i get now, the harder this is...

 

Do cuts via titrating catch us up?

 

Any tips, advice please!
