How did the antibiotic work for you? What about the shingles? Are you okay? Please do drop me a note somewhere so I will know! Oh - I just read one of your posts and you mentioned being low on Vit. B 12? Is that right? I think that can be a side effect of W/D, too. "Olddave" has said that he is, I think. (I think that is the right person who I read is.) And I have read it other places around the forum. So, maybe it is still a result of the taper... I hope you can find some good answers soon. Oh, Ilana did stop by... you can see her post on my blog or I posted it to hers, too, so everyone could see it there. She has a cat!!! Great, huh! It is nice to hear from her! (tongue in cheek) We just keep putting the days behind us, one at a time. The symptoms do ease off, man, the patience we're learning. I was thinking of you today when I did that beginners yoga thing again. I had gotten out of the habit for a few weeks while they were doing the reno's and just got back to it. It really helps to slow me down and be in the moment and not racing toward the future in my head. I was wondering if you're still doing it? Much love to you lady.
