[re...]
Hi coops wife, I had a horrific reaction to iodine for a ct scan that landed me back in the hospital. Later I had an mri with contrast. It's hard to say if I reacted to that contrast because I was already so sick it was just impossible to tell what was doing what. Is coop having a bad reaction? Like everything, this is temporary. It's hard to believe I know. It's all a process and it will end.
[co...]
No, he has an MRI scheduled on thursday. I was wondering what the experiences were regarding this, but only if you can compare it to pre-benzo
[re...]
I was told by a reliable source that I trust that the contrast they use for mri's is much milder than iodine for a ct scan. Reactions are very rare. I'm sure he'll be fine . I had also never had a ct scan before and would likely have the same reaction today if I went through it again. I hope you guys get good news from the mri!

[...]
It is a dye they put in you so it contrasts better so they can see more stuff as I understand.
