New to Bezo Budddies

Hello, I am new to Bezo Buddies.

I have been on Lorazepam for three years for sleep problems. Was on a very high dose and recently tapered down to 1 mg. I am going to taper off of the last Mg within the next couple months. Glad to be a part of this forum. Look forward to meeting everyone.

Thank you for the welcomes everyone! Starbird, I plan on tapering the last mg by reducing the dosage by .25 every one to two weeks. This  is the rate at which I've reduced down from 3mg. I take the dose at bedtime. I plan on taking benadryl to combat insomnia. I have been taking sublingual melatonin which helps me to doze of usually. I've had a really bad cold for the past week and taking nyquil which has helped me to sleep tremendously. Just wondering, has anyone else had experience using Nyquil while tapering?
