Is 1.25 mgs of Ativan equal to that exact weight on a scale?

Just wondering if this dose of 1.25 mgs would be equal to 1.25 mgs in weight on a scale? Is there a scale that can measure such small amounts? I want to drop from 1.25 mgs to 1.1875 mgs but don't know if there is a scale out there that is sensitive enough and if so what is it called and where would I find it?
