[Be...]
I usually read for entertainment but happen to be well into the non-fiction book, "The Believing Brain" by Michael Shermer. It's a little heavy going in places but a fascinating argument about how our brains are pre-wired to believe first and look for justification/evidence afterward to support the belief. [Sc...]
Kat Von D's book...I like tattoos On a side note, my daughter wrote Kat Von D a letter a year ago when she was 7 years old, and drew her a portrait. About one month later, we received a package sent to my daughter in the mail, and in it was an autographed photo of her (signed to my daughter personally)! My daughter was so excited and has the photo framed in her room. After Kat's book, I will read The Host and The Hunger Games

My hubby and I always enjoyed watching her on Miami Ink, then LA Ink. She came out w/ a book that is more like a biography. It's a very easy read...just for fun. It's a good book for the days I can't focus. I just started The Hunger Games tonight...on chapter 2 and loving it so far.

[fi...]
I know what you mean, shane. I am a bookworm and could spend hours reading. My concentration was so bad at one point that I couldn't even read a page in a book. At any rate, I hope things improve for you. [jo...]
I'm stuck between Veronika Decides To Die, and The Sookie Stackhouse Novels. Withdrawal has made if very hard for me to concentrate while reading, which is sad because reading is one of my passions. I had trouble reading while in tolerance w/d. Now that isn't a problem, now I can't stop reading. The Sookie series is really good and I am a big fan of the series and the HBO series based on the books.
