Fatigue.

Morning Buddies, I'm trying to figure out if sleep accompanied by deathly fatigue means that I'm in the next stage of healing? Now I sleep but I feel extreme Zombie fatigue trying to move around. Is this common and a sign of healing? Almost at 2 months off.

Hard to say my fatigue  is getting worse,walking is extremely difficult, it takes me about 2 1/2 hrs to walk  a mile. Keep in mind. All w/d symptoms can go go away over night, we just do not know we all heal differently, just stay the course you will be fine sending you healing thoughts,might I suggest bliss johns book benzo wise, it has helped me greatly bandoaaa

I am so tired, too I rarely have alot ofenergy and when I do, have to catch up on stuff around here.

I sometimes wonder if I have anemia, hormone issues, etc

On the amor vi commercial those wome have all the same symptoms I do and they took some kind of all natural therapy for the hormone prob and now have ENERGY.

I dont know, Im just confused how I could be 6 mo off and be so tired.

I am at the end of my taper and feeling the same way, it's horrible, all I want to do is sleep. I am also wondering if this is the next stage of healing

Yea this is zombie fatigue when I wake up where I can barely open my eyes. Maybe I should stop taking unisom

I hope so!  I'm having the same thing.  My symptoms seem to be different every week.  I think we are healing every day, every moment.  Trying to just go with the flow.
