[ra...] Posted February 18, 2012 Share Posted February 18, 2012 any suggestions somthing not so harsh on my body I need to get my stomach into check it seems when i have bad waves like im having now my stomach is all messed up yellow stool malabsorsion bad tast in mouth thats just the stomach problems. when I have a semi window my stomech is good not the best but good and i fill clear not so spacey. [Ca...] Posted February 18, 2012 Share Posted February 18, 2012 I think fermented foods are the best for probiotics. They contain the complete spectrum, unlike supplements. All I can say about digestive enzymes is that I have never been able to tolerate anything other than pancreatin. It's made from porcine (swine) pancreas. [Ca...] Posted February 18, 2012 Share Posted February 18, 2012 I should mention that early in withdrawal my gastrologist had me take a pharmaceutical grade digestive enzyme. One dose set off benzo withdrawal food and supplement sensitivities. OTC enzymes aren't as powerful, but you may want to be cautious about using them right now.
