lower back sore

I got up this morning with a sore place on the right side of my lower back about 2 inches right of my spine. Its about where my belt line is. It only hurts if I press on it. Anybody had anything like this?

One on my worst symptoms is lower back muscle pain but it is not like your isolated in one area....it is my whole lower back.....the muscles are so damn tight i have trouble bending at all...been like this two years now...i think in time it all goes away.

 

Valiumis perscribed as a musdcle relaxant.....when you take it away the muscles in many parts of the body tighten up big time...sucks.
