Upper Back Pain

I'm having some pain in my upper back between my shoulder blades.  I used to have muscle spasms in my upper back that would pinch nerves (in the beginning of withdrawal).  I havent had them in a while but I think that might be the cause of this back pain.  It couldn't have anything to do with my bad posture from being on the computer all the time  LOL

Does anyone else have anything like this going on?
