5 years off today ?

5 years off today .  I still have symptoms though ugh . Hope this ends soon .

Basically cog fog and gut issues and sensitive to stuff foods .  And burning and tingling and muscular skeletal .

I'm sorry that you're still having symptoms, but congratulations on being off for 5 years!  I know you're not where you hoped to be at this point yet, but at least you know there isn't anymore damage being done.  And all you have to do is let time to its thing.
