Per the article below the initial voluntary recall occurred in November but the FDA just set the risk level today.

If readers are taking 60mg delayed release duloxetine capsules packaged by Rising Pharma, let’s hope they will contact their pharmacy for instructions on how to proceed.  (Only certain lots were affected — the pharmacy should be able to determine the lot for a specific fill of a prescription.)
