Can't remember how long myself but it's had a big impact on my mental state that I'm two steps away from a mental evaluation at a mental institute(my mom's been pushing me to get evaluated since I've been in a massive mental downspire due to lack of refreshing sleep on top of other conditions that have developed since on tolerance withdrawal).

How many hours do you sleep? I guess you have at least 1-2 hours per night or you wouldn't be able to write this post?

2-4 hours(including broken sleep).

My short answer on this topic is 16 years. I don't have a single night with nice restful sleep for 16 years. I've had months in a row with 2-4 hours broken sleep. My current average sleep is 4.9 hours (broken sleep) for the last 143 nights. My reason for all this is anxiety, stress, benzos, alcohol and so on. I write this just for information, it's hard with insomnia but one can get used to it. In fact it got worse after i start fighting with it.

I still have problems with sleep, but thanks to certain rituals before bedtime, I can improve its quality a little. Thanks to the advice, I was able to find quality sleep supplements, and of course, like everything else, I find them here Canadian Pharmacy Online, because it's the best and fastest for me. So now the quality of my sleep is much better, and with time I hope to sleep without any problems at all.

Did you get any deep sleep or just stage 1,2,3 and REM sleep?

Yes , sometimes I do. But as I've never had sleep study, I obviously can just guess. I am only able to know approximately sleep hours.
