Maybe these inspiring words, in times of hardship,
could be what a loved one or even God would say:

Trust in me
in all you do
Have the faith
I have in you
Love will see us through
if only you trust in me

Come to me
when things go wrong
Cling to me and I'll be strong
We can get along
as long as you trust in me

While there's a moon on high
while there's a bird to fly
while there’s you and I
you can be sure
I'll love you

Stand beside me
all the while
Face the future
with a smile
Trust in me
and I'll be worthy of you
Oh trust in me
and I'll be worthy of you

I still like your attitude @[st...]🙂 Thank you, sometimes even the shortest ideas - the right place and right time - can have unexpected positive effect on us as it seems. :)

While I was totally out of it, I remembered couple of lines from success stories that really cheered me on every day.

One was from Pamster saying  “I was just stubborn” so I tried to also be stubborn.

And another one from a guy who said all his family members just kept telling him “keep effin going, keep effin going!" so I kept going.

And one more saying that “things are bad until they’re good”.

Ok, one more, one person said “instead of complaining how horrible you feel, just do the best you can.”

Minutes become hours, which become days, weeks, months and then I’m back!

One lady said things got so bad her father carried her on his back, so at least I was happy I could walk.

Wishing you the best!

after getting free from benzos I see things crystal clear now

There resides a light inside of you, don’t deny it’s true,
and tapering benzos can clear pain, tension and fear from you.

very inspiring:

Don't let them talk you into doin' what you don't want to
Just learn to say no and learn how to refuse

Cause you don't owe nobody nothing except God above
Go out and go after the things in life you love

I know that during withdrawal it’s hard to believe in anything, but religious texts from various faiths have great inspiration to draw on.  For example, the Bible has really good advice on going through hard times, and that is to “not be afraid.” Here are just some of those uplifting quotes:

:smitten:

Do not let your heart be troubled, and do not be afraid.

For I will restore health unto thee, and I will heal thee of thy wounds, saith the Lord.

Wait on the Lord: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: Wait, I say, on the Lord.

The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the Lord is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?

Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.

But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.

So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me.

And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.

Take therefore no thought for the tomorrow: for the tomorrow shall take thought for the things of itself.

To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the tree of life, which is in the midst of the paradise of God.

Blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in Him.

But the salvation of the righteous is of the LORD: He is their strength in the time of trouble. And the LORD shall help them, and deliver them: He shall deliver them from the wicked, and save them, because they trust in him.

And patience produces character, and character produces hope.

Be strong and of good courage, be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed; for the Lord thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest.

What time I am afraid, I will trust in thee. In God I will praise his word, In God I have put my trust; I will not fear what flesh can do unto me.

Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance.

If ye suffer for righteousness' sake, happy are ye: and be not afraid of their terror, neither be troubled.

Our fears for today, our worries about tomorrow, and even the powers of hell can’t keep God’s love away

O Lord my God, I cried out to You for help, and You healed me.

Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.

For I know the plans I have for you,' says the Lord. 'They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.

For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.

The one who stands firm to the end will be saved.

I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength.

The LORD is my helper, I will not fear.

So in conclusion, I thank God for giving me the courage and the moral fortitude to be free. Thank God!:smitten:
