[Cr...]
Has anyone experienced this? Can u please share with me if something similar has happened to you and you were able to make it through the stagnation? Window at 12 months off felt healed. Then massive wave hit me and has dwindled down in severity very very slowly over the last 5 months. But feeling stagnate. I used to get waves and windows every 30 days. That pattern has stopped. [Th...]
I had patterns of windows and waves, but my windows never lasted a month. It was like a few days to a week, but the waves did last a month or longer. Eventually the windows became longer than the waves and then I made a huge improvement over a few short weeks that stayed with me around month 10 off. I was hoping it wasn't just a long window. By month 12, I felt well enough to write a success story, although there were future waves and some lasted 6 weeks or so, I felt completely healed by month 24 off. I did get hit with some late insomnia waves as far out as 6 years off, but all of my other symptoms were completely gone by 24 months off. Hang in there, it has to even out eventually. Peace. Thank you for sharing!!! I’m happy to hear that you are fully healed! I’ve went down from 100 symptoms to like 3 or 4 that have been bugging me. The SXs I’m having now are feeling off balanced when I walk or when I’m in a store and feeling A sense of sensory overload. Also dealing with anxiety and a pinch of DPDR. When I had my long window I was like 99% symptom free! It was beautiful. And I was on benzos for almost a year and I was prescribed them for anxiety. But I basically I was abusing alcohol extremely heavily and used Xanax to get rid of my hangovers and I was also taking them while I was drinking. Very stupid I Know. When I go to work that’s when my symptoms really rev up. I work in a busy restaurant and sometimes it’s barely manageable.
[Th...]
Hold onto the FACT that if you had a long window, you WILL have another. I just wish I knew when it would be, but it WILL happen. It WILL BE BEAUTIFUL again soon!
