@[La...] Thank you for posting this. I had both symptoms before quitting my meds cold turkey, and they got 100x worse after. I’ve been panicking bc of how bad it is. It is good to know they can get better. My tinnitus is less intense now but even touching my ear is too loud. I pray anyone that has these conditions gets better. 
 

Do you have these symptoms? I hope you’re ok.

Yes, I do have tinnitus, and for the most part, I just try to ignore it. I keep the radio on or focus on what I'm reading or something like that. It's the best I can do under the circumstances. Thanks for the kind words. I hope you're okay too.
