i need help with a new water taper, please...

the way i am doing it is not allowing me to stabalize. i would like some real help, please, before i mess everything up and updose or down dose or something. i don't trust me.  i am destabalized.  can one of you kind people that know about tapering help me get a proper tapering shcedule and amount.  i am not even sure i am taking the right amount.  i might be going to fast.  i am down fromr 3.75  to 3.02 since Nov.  i am blindsided and such impaired brain function.  please, help.  thankyou, kindly

I'm not an expert here, but I don't think you should be using water -- it could lead to erratic dosing, which increases withdrawal. There is an Ativan tapering thread somewhere on this board … please find out what others are using to dissolve their Ativan. I think it's probably vodka in most cases.

i am wanting to use vodka, water and ativan.  i just need to know how to do it right, i still don't think i am. and i am still not stable.  please someone help me, i need to go slower than dropping 1ml  every week. i need to go much slower.  and when i drop full 1 ml , it's like a mini CT on me.  i need a half way mark.  i only use a 10 ml syringe my main big jar of solution and that's it.  please, help me find another way that is easy, but, not hard with cylinders, etc. pleeaes?  a year an half to go

Im not on ativan, dunno what dissolves it, I agree with above poster, find out from here what dissolves it, don't updose, just go slower with cuts.

Why not try smaller cuts daily, think of it as a graph, weekly cuts look like steps and bumps, daily cuts are a smooth curve, many on here do daily titrations, I think it would be good to read up on peoples experiences of daily titrations there is lots of info on here about them, everyones mileage varies, but you will find your niche, just go slow and smooth and you will get there.
