Why is social interaction newly draining?

Month 14. I usually thrive on socializing but it severely and scarily frazzles me lately. I had to end coffee with a friend visiting from out of state early because it was wearing me down and making my depersonalization worse. I have had similar experiences recently. Even just now at a café, a short interaction with the cashier felt like too much. However, as awful as I feel, I am not unable to take a walk around my neighborhood, text a LOT on my phone, play piano, buy groceries… But actual conversation – one of my real joys - literally feels dangerous right now.

Can anyone relate? What the hell is going on? Just vagus nerve stuff?!

I’d give anything to be done with this nightmare.

I had this for a long time , a first just being around people made me want to run away ,then being in a meeting made me want to run away until it just went away. All this crap goes away it just takes too long .
