I know I have posted about my new numbness symptoms at least once here recently, but I do not see many stories where people have had significant little twitches, mine are mostly in my calves, that directly coincided with the arrival of the new numbness. And then I have a kind of body wide just kind of a very slight buzz or tingling, Almost imperceptible but when I exercise it comes out more , though in a way not really uncomfortable just kind of weird
