I am starting to wonder if reading about all this misery all the time is just not worth it , it can’t be healthy to read about this all the time. I think I’m just going to step away , I wish you all the best !

There's a lot of truth in that.  If you do choose to come back maybe only read the recovery success stories.

I’m almost healed but I don’t think reading this stuff is beneficial at all .

I’ve at least come to recognize there are times when it’s not advantageous for me to read this board.  I can generally recognize it very quickly, tell myself “not now”, and put the phone away.  Other times I enjoy being here.
