Something weird is happening

My symptoms are changing and I am really scared. Recently I started developing weird pressure in my brain. It has morphed into a fishbowl/cotton/hollow brain sensation. My thoughts are also changing. My brain is starting to "remember" thoughts coming into my head like it did at the beginning of this whole thing.

Is it normal for in recovery for symptoms to change like this 13 months off.

I am unable to distract from any of my symptoms because my brain is constantly worried what's going on.

I'm hoping this is a sign my brain is healing but since it's scarier than what I was experiencing before it's hard to hold on.

It feels like my brain is malfunctioning really bad and all I can do is hold on.

Nothing is ‘normal’ in recovery. Everyone is different for many reasons. It is entirely possible for symptoms to come or go or morph at any time, including 13 months.

You say that all you can do is hold on. Welcome to the club in that respect. Those that can ‘hold on’ will make it through.
