I’m like 99% physically healed but if I lean my neck down for too long my symptoms of lightheaded ness and tremors come back.

I have tried multiple times to think of other causes of this. But I seriously only have symptoms after bad posture every single time.

Does anyone know what would cause posture to trigger symptoms?

Meg I had very big issues with my neck the wd stiffness and crampings put my neck too forward, it was horrible I make a MRI and saw that all this cramping pullings etc  makes arthrosis or degeneration of my discs and small extrusion. I go to Chiropractor to fix what's possible now I make everyday exercises for my neck. Its horrific what those fucking drugs do. I never had neck issues ever.

I’ve noticed one of my enduring symptoms is neck pain, and when I bend over and sit up straight again I get this shooting pain in my neck and head
