Depersonalization possibly worse than ever this morning

So many other symptoms of course but this one is so intense and I’m finding my way with it. I’m not sure it’s ever been worse.

 

How do *you* cope with DP? I almost don’t want to speak or make any sound all day but of course I will. Withdrawal taints so many simple beautiful things. Socializing is challenging now and normally I thrive on it.

This is the symptom that bothers me the most. I sometimes feel fake or not really there. I thought it was getting better but the last few day feels worse. I cope by keeping busy and trying not to think about it. It does beat me at times though. Yes, I agree withdrawing does taint some things. I wish this was over already.

DP/DR is my worst symptom, its tough, feel separated from the world.
