I was doing so good tapering and then my unBearable panic attacks started up on Valentine’s Day when I had to rush my grandma into the ER. I’m back up to about a quarter now. I think I’m going to started taking just crumbs again. How long do you think I can get this taper done with? I’ve only been jawing since about December 20ish and not daily until past 2weeks to taper.
