I'm on Clonazepam 2mg 4x day for PTSD. It has no effect. Probable tolerance. Have severe Akithisia. When attempt to taper. Please tell me exactly how to taper. How much do I stop daily?

It sounds as if you have reached tolerance if the drug doesn't seem to be doing you any good.  We typically suggest tapering about 5-10% of your dose every week or two, or whatever your symptoms will allow, it's important to remain functional.
