How long do your primary symptom waves last

Hi guys,

 

I'm at 13 months of no benzos right now.  I've had my primary symptom varying in intensity for the past 2months now.  I remember the first big wave of this at 4 months of no benzos, and the wave lasted for 2-3 months.  For your primary symptoms, do your waves last this long?

My primary symtoms were head pressure, brain fog, brain zap, anxiety in public, balance issue.

 

ALL of them went away at 4 Months mark.

 

I woke up one day and boom. It was gone.

 

I still remember the feeling the absence of those symptoms.

 

It was unbelievable.

That is unbelievable! Is that common - that symptoms can suddenly be gone like that? Had you done anything different?

yes, on this website alone I’ve seen many cases of people who said their symptoms were just puff gone. I’ve done nothing different.

Mine are still around but a lot less intensive
