strange pressure in my head / skull (Month 13/14) symptoms

I'm almost in month 14 without benzo(Diazepam/Valium)

it went reasonably but three weeks ago I got bad news about someone in the family who is dying and this has worsened my sx again

I now also have many (some)new symptoms unknown to me like:

headache

eye pressure

feeling like water runs past my skull

just before I go to sleep I feel like my throat is being squeezed and coughing all the time (only when I go to bed or get very tired)

extremely nauseous with flurries

intestines hurt a lot(but a normal bowel movement)

chronic muscle pain

stab feelings in my bones

sometimes I have to lie down for a few hours

fears(Anxiety) and dizziness

afraid of losing control

 

I take 4 paracetamol every day to control muscle pain otherwise I can't move at all

I know that is not healthy but I have no other choice but I must continue to live

does anyone recognize these complaints?

and this is normal or abnormal after 14 months

Did you not have any of these symptoms s before?

I have pretty much all of them and am re-tapering.

 

Can I ask about the water skull thing? Is it a feeling of sloshing inside head or a feeling of water on outside of head?

 

I have severe muscle contracture and pain but am so sensitisec can’t take paracetemol so it is good you can still take something that helps.

yes I had some symptoms indeed all the new symptoms are the headache constant the pressure on my eyes and the water feeling in my head

it feels like water is running down from above in my skull just like sweat on your head but then in my skull

I know how strange it sounds

but it's really weird and anxious

Hi! I am 13/14 months out as well.

I just posted about my new symptom:

Headaches. Frequent headaches. Eye + cheek pressure

too. Not sure I feel the brain - water sx though.

I sure hope that eases up for you soon.

 

Are your headaches Frequent?

I had one the other day - sure felt like it lasted 6 hours.

Just awful. Heat pad or ice pack seem to work

Best. Ache seems to stay in my temples -

Sometimes from one temple to the other.

Hoping it's all just WD.
