Hello Strongasafighter,

Welcome to Benzo Buddies!

What you describe certainly sounds like withdrawal symptoms to me, I had all of them plus some more. How quickly did you taper from 3mg klonopin to 1mg?  Klonopin is a very strong benzo so going down in dose too quickly can bring on some difficult symptoms.

I'm glad you are going to hold at 1mg. This will give your system a chance to adjust and stabilize. This will also give you the opportunity to read the information here and find a taper plan that works best for you.

A slow taper is recommended to minimize withdrawal symptoms. Generally, a reduction of no more than 5-10% every 10-14 days is suggested. I'll give you a link to the Planning Your Withdrawal Board for more information.  When tapering, it's important to listen to your body and adjust the rate if necessary.

You might also take a look at the Ashton Manual. It is an excellent resource about benzos, tapering and withdrawal. The manual was written by Dr. Heather Ashton, an expert in the field.

You'll find good support here from people who understand what you are going through. Settle in and do some reading. Let us know how we can help.
