What does everyone eat in a day?

Trying to eat as clean as possible. As less salty/spicy/sweet as possible. (it’s really hard cause I eat korean food.) I feel like any eating habit that keeps my blood pressure not high, helps.

I can't tolerate anything with sugar. It sucks because the cravings are strong.

I'm a Protracted Member. I'm still too sick to do too much food prep. I'm also trying to be gluten and dairy free; supposed to help the brain and body heal faster. Have an in case of emergency stash of bananas and rice cakes, bec of blood sugar changes and lack of knowing when and how much to eat, both benzo symptoms. I do a lot of organic fruits and veggies. I bake sweet potatoes and squash and peppers once a week and use as needed thru the week. Also cook beets; they're healthy. And gluten free oatmeal with chopped dates in it instead of sugar.

I can’t stop uncontrollably eating biscuits. It is horrific and all other food smells, tastes and, worse, feels repulsive in my mouth but I try to eat 5 positions of veg and some meat or fish.

Im sorry you have that conpuslive eating. I can relate with other compulsions

I am  adding anything I can tolerate after eating clean for 4 months!  So far no issues at all!  I never gave up chocolate.  I drink decaf coffee since a month ago.  I lost TOO much weight and as it says in the Ashton Manual...you can create sensitivity by not eating a variety of healthy foods!  So eat what you can and don't go overboard on anything !

 

Chocolate is a health food!
