Lately I have been craving calorie dense carbs. About 30 minutes after I eat I get a jittery like feeling. Is this normal? Anyone else like this?

I am not sure what you mean by calorie-dense carbs, probably just eating a lot of carbs? Anyways, it sounds like you are having reactive hypoglycemia. I find that a high fat diet helped me resolve this completely and helped my mood stabilize quite a lot. I personally do a moderate-high carb version of paleo. I eat how ever many carbs I want with no issue, because I regulate the sources to fruit, starchy veg, and some white rice or quinoa, plus a little honey or maple syrup on occasion. I used to eat a regular diet, and crave sugar and carbs like crazy, and live in yo-yo land with my blood sugar. Jitters, crashes, and mood swings were in abundance. A lot of people coming off substances like Benzos crave carbs and binge on them.

Anyhow that's not for everyone but at the least, you can try to make sure you eat fat and/or protein with the carbs to help stabilize your blood sugar and balance you out.

Thank you for that information. I will try switching things up and see how that goes.
