intrusive and racing thoughts and memories

How do you deal with intrusive and racing thoughts and extremely vivid, intrusive and racing memories?  I have had this for months before and it went away but it is now back and much worse than before.  Thanks so much for your help.

This is a topic I’d love to hear more about. My experience with this has been awful. For me one of the worst parts of the withdrawal process. It was the first signal to me that something was terribly wrong. It happened during what I now know was an interdose withdrawal episode.
