Yes. I was prescribed 2mg Xanax for anxiety and chest pain after the disability diagnosis of my children over 17 years ago.

Started very slowly. Doc told me Stress Hormones are Worse for me than any Benzo.

Eventually ended up on full 2mg Xanax every 24 hours for 18 years.

Tolerance Withdrawal began in January. I never knew this existed.

My children are now disabled adults & I’m still full time caregiver.

Started Ashton switch from X to V last week.

Lots of questions about timing of tapers & symptoms. Need to be functional as I am full time caregiver.
