Has anyone tried this for sleep?

I took last night and it seemed to

help me sleep through my usual

wake up time of 3 to 4 am.

I am still on a Benzo though.

I was surprised it helped.

Not too many weird dreams. Ty

The thing is I wonder if it will

wreck my GI. Which is already getting

havoc from IBS symptoms not sure

if it’s from benzo or anxiety.

Herbal products can affect my GI.

The herbatonin did not work the second night for me.

It did nothing. I’m disappointed.

Plus I have stomach ache but

that may be from something else.

I take the 0.3mg of Herbatonin on nights when I have trouble falling asleep.  They also make a 3.0mg Herbatonin.

 

Not much worked for me right after I jumped CT and I suspect that since you are still on a Benzo, that not much will help until you are off and a bit healed.

 

In fact, nothing herbal or Rx worked for more than one or two nights, so I quit taking everything and toughed it out.  But you do what is best for you!

 

I doubt it could make your GI symptoms worse?  But who knows, we are all different and respond differently to Rx and herbal products.

I haven’t taken that.  I drink 1 cup  tart cherry juice.  Not sweet, it has to be tart.  Not mixed with other juice.  Just straight up tart cherry.  I add 1.5 mg melatonin drops to it.  It helps.  And I’m a tough customer.  Read about it online.  Studies support this as very effective and no side effects except sleep.  Worth a try.
