How do you deal with flu during withdrawal, this is setting me back. My symptoms are extreme.

I'm sorry you have the flu. Honestly, any illness can cause an uptick in symptoms because your body is not also trying to fight the flu.  You'll just have to wait it out and treat the flu first with the usual remedies of fluids, rest and drink lots of fluids.  I got sick a few time during my withdrawal and once over the bug my withdrawal symptoms returned to their baseline.
