Hello,

Have you had a check up to rule out underlying causes? I had an EKG when I was in tolerance and the machine at the doctors office said I had had a heart attack at some point. Well, that freaked me out. He sent me to a cardiologist for a cardio stress test.  After the test the cardiologist met with me and asked me why I was there, and asked if I was having any issues,  because he saw nothing wrong with my heart.  It was a relief knowing this.

I do think it was the benzos, tolerance or some of the other drugs that doctors gave me to 'try' out.

I got checked out so I know my Heart itself was fine a year ago but the rhythm is screwed and it’s prolly weaker now from lack of activity and constant Adrenalin. I also feel like the muscle heaviness is effecting it, sometimes I feel like I can barely hold up my body  and I wonder what that’s doing to my heart muscle if it’s effecting everything els. The pvcs last longer like they started as a quick flutter and now there like a punch in the chest and more are happening in a row. I hate this so much I can’t stand it.

If I could trust how I feel, I would promise you right now that my heart is gonna stop, but that’s the problem, you can’t trust how you feel.

I don't remember this symptom so all I have to offer is what Professor Ashton said:

Heart and lungs. Palpitations, pounding heart, rapid pulse, flushing, sweating, and breathlessness are usual accompaniments of panic attacks, but may occur without panics. They do not signify heart or lung disease but are simply the expression of an overactive autonomic nervous system. Slow deep breathing and relaxation, as described under panic attacks, can do much to control these symptoms. Do not worry about them: they would be accepted as normal if you were running for a bus, and will do no more harm than if you really were.

Almost everyday they feel slightly different like things are deteriorating

I can tell this heart stuff causes you a lot of anxiety.

I’ve noticed whenever I get anxious about my heart, the symptoms get worse

After I did research into PVC’s and learned how normal and benign  they were, mine pretty much disappeared or my awareness of them did.

If you’re still scared, get more testing done. I’ve had like 6 EKGs throughout withdrawal, all normal. And I was still convinced (sometimes still do convince myself of this) that I’m gonna die.

Pretty sure the PVC’s get worse from anxiety, worry, hyperawareness and adrenaline. (And too much greasy food)

Force yourself to learn about how benign they are, and accept them for like a week. And see if they get better.
